I use Google Analytics, provided by Google, for analyzing the website usage. This helps me enhance the website and content presentation strategies. No personal data like names or contact details are shared with Google Analytics. Data might be transferred to Google servers in the USA. Please note that data protection in the USA may not be equivalent to EU standards. To opt out, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or manage your preferences in the cookie settings when the website is loaded for the first time.

Liability for contents

I am responsible for the content on these pages in accordance with the general German laws pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, I am not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove the relevant content immediately.

Liability for links

My website contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents I have no influence. Therefore, I cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law.
